Pharmacy / Dispensary / Hospital or Chemist Name
Quantum Account Number
Full Delivery Address
Contact Telephone Number
Once we have received your details we will activate your account and we will send you confirmation and provide you with a temporary password.
Your password can be changed to something more memorable for your store once you access your account.
Once you have logged in to your online ordering account you can place orders for specials as required. All orders received will be confirmed via email.
