How can I place an order for a special?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders for manufactured products placed before 1:30pm are delivered by noon the next day and orders for wholesale products placed before 5.50pm will receive their goods by noon next day.

I'm not sure if my script is for a special?

Check in the BNF first to see if a licensed product is available, if not contact our Technical Support Team on 0800 0439372 who will be happy to assist with your prescription.

Will I be re-imbursed for my special?

We would always recommend that you check with your local Pricing Prescription Authority before placing your order to check you will be re-imbursed. Where necessary our Customer Support staff will inform you of any Drug Tariff Category E items that you may wish to order.
